Fair Games on Full Maps

Lopdo - Cant you make the games fair?. Surely later positions should get better starting placements, some times you can tell whos won before the 1st go

Something like that would equalize the game badly no one had an opinion about it. And after all its not such a hard thing do implement in the game.
