Surrendering aka exp deprivation

So, it starts to drive me crazy a bit. I do the same thing so I can't be really angry at others but... It's widely used practice to surrender after "fatal blow" like cutting in a half without possibility to reconnect. "gg, you won, bye". Its logical course of actions for me, but... It disallows winners to take all the exp they deserve and they fought for.
That creates kind of imbalance. If you meet player, that stays till the very end - you can gain fairy larder amount of exp/shards from the match. If you hit the "leaver" then you loose 30-70% of the whole experience and most of the shards.
Example:
Player to the right surrendered early - he decided he wont stand a chance against two enemies cause we had little borders.
Player to the north surrendered after cut that he was unable to "repair".
If none of them surrendered it would mean at least 50 exp (x2 for premium) and 25 shards more. There would be back-and-forth so it would be even more, probably twice as much so... 200 exp and 50 shards that i "did not gain". Which would double my gain in that match.
I've started this thread to think about any possible solutions that we might propose for Lopdo to implement if any?
