Thoughts for the day

After generally getting hacked off by the dubious tactics of some (many) individuals, I wonder if there is any mileage in the following ideas?:
1 - Guest only games - Guests allowed to play within the site but only against other guests until they have registered and created a profile?
2 - Allowing only one profile to be registered to a verified email account?
3 - Removing the ability to register profiles to a non-existent email account (I have registered a profile against stickofcelery@allotment.co.uk)?
4 - Removing the ability of players to use "Dragons" in games unless they are all-dragon games (Contentious)? This would stop the dubious tactic employed by a few individuals who think it is fair to bully lower level players or just join lower level games to increase their xp? (you know who you are!!!)
5 - Remove the blacklist as it has become laughable and a home for paranoid individuals, it is obvious that lower level players will gang up on higher levels or bullies, it's the individuals who openly cheat who should be castigated or teams of people? I have been involved in a 6 player game when 4 of them were either the same person or all sat in the same bedroom(?)
6 - Highlight the genuinely good / helpful players who nurture talent or actually adhere to a personal code of (for want of a better word) chivalry. I have played some decent people over the last few days and people like that should always be rewarded?
Note:
I have created my own little fun game, I create a new profile every day and then see what level I can reach before I get bored, it is much more fun than playing as a guest and it does allow you to test your skills / weaknesses against higher levels but on a level playing field with the boost attacks etc, I particularly like using the snow giants.
