Vortex Wars

Ok. So I was thinking about creating a tournament amongst the Vortex Wars community. I wanted most people to be able to compete in it, so I'm asking a few questions about what would be the best for everyone.

Also, I was going to make the first tournament Hardcore(with 6 people per game) It will be solo. No teams/alliances in this tournament.

There will be a serious tournament with teams(3v3).

These will need to be structured, so tell me what you guys think and if you have any other ideas of tournaments.

Also tell me which tournament you would be more likely to play.

I am -7. I didn't see that on your list. I prefer HC games.

can you please choose the closest to you? which would be -6. I just want a rough estimate so i can get an idea of when to host a tournament.

Actually I don't think there are that many really serious players yet. So a tournament would kinda be over the top, but we should definitely get some arranged games in none the less.

Hah, great idea Tournaments will be directly supported by game, but it will take some time.

attrition is the best.

i think there should be something for participants, 2nd/ 3rd runnerups, and 1st.

I also think 6 is a bit much, I think probably 4 or less

So how far have you gotten with the vortex wars (v.w.) tournament idea?

Have there been other v.w. tournaments that you know about?

I'm at UTC -8, and I prefer Attrition.

I haven't seen ZANE on the forums or in a game in months, I'm not sure if this tournament is still a thought.
