Vortex Wars

Here's an idea for you:


A Vortex Wars newspaper that will bring forth the struggles of VW players from both sides of the game:

1) The hard working, regular folk (and newbies), who strain and work hard to gain xp and shards. They shed blood, sweat and attack and defense boosts to grow inch by inch, only to be crushed by higher level players with better races, upgrades and boosts.

2) The exclusive club of players such as premium members and Dragon race owners, both of which get picked on and ganged up on regularly because they represent the Creme de la creme of the VW society. Plus, the hatred towards the Dragons is a racial thing - you can't deny that.


Also, there could be bonus news items and interviews, such as:

* The Undead - will their stench prevent the other races from inviting them to a party?

* Arachnids - talk about the rising prices of cobweb due to the recession.

* Demons & Angels - debate the benefits of good vs. evil and also discuss the effects of global warming on the smoldering pits of hell (with commentaries from the Elementals).

* Vampires - do they keep their boosts in broad daylight?

* Robots - do they work on Linux or on Windows?

* Legionnaires vs. Soldiers - who's got the bigger gun?

* Pirates vs. Ninjas - who has the sharpest sword?

* Natives - their appeal to the VWHC (Vortex Wars High Counsel), a UN equivalent, to demand independence and recognition.

* Terminators - give their speculations about the end of the world and offer advices on how to clean your minigun.

* Dragons - discuss the hatred, discrimination and animosity towards them and explain how they are in reality gentle and noble beings, who'd only like to be left alone and be given fair and equal opportunities in the VW war market. Also, discuss the best remedy for heartburn.


And so on and so forth...

(An Elemental) Not ALL Elementals caused Hell! Only the Fire Elementals. I demand you go speak with them kind sir. Yes ALL Elementals reek havoc apon there enemies, and selves, but not ALL of us do it in the same way. Some Attack around the edges, some go traight for the center of enemy territory, and others yet wait until all the others are done being idiots, then charge in and demolish everything. Thank you.

If I remember correctly, one is more expansive than the other (the Pirates, I believe), though with no apparent reason whatsoever.

On top of that, Ninjas have the better icons, I think, and I still don't know what the Pirates' icon is supposed to mean.

Wind and Water Elementals are indeed more likely to change the climate for the better nowadays, and that's what their commentary would be all about, as opposed to the Fire Elemetals (sorry if I didn't make it more clear).

Yes, thank you for clearing that up to the populace of this Vortex. Now to me for weather.

It is different all around the Vortex how the hell am I suppose to know what the weather is like in every place in this Vortex at once. Anyway, in a game with higher levels I say it will be hot, and the weather aggressive. Some times it might get really cold after a not so up-beat conversation. Thank you, and back to Xtremy with more interveiws and indepth conversations with more races.

It's a saying - "Blood, sweat and tears", meaning extremely hard work.

Define shed:
1. to pour forth (water or other liquid), as a fountain.
2. to emit and let fall, as tears.

To shed blood works.
