DRAW : XP and Shards ?

I was wondering how XP & Shards are calculated when you draw.

How do you do a draw?

When there are just three people left in the game After a nonspecific rounds of turns (i think it depends on if the map is fully taken and so on) a button vill appear above the button for surrender named Draw, press that button and a white flag will appear besides your name, then it´s up to your opponents to do the same thing.
