Few easy steps to upload your image and post it here:
  1. Take a screenshoot and save it as .jpg or .png BUT NOT .bmp or .gif
  2. Visit this webpage: http://imageshack.us/
  3. Use "Browse" to select your image and press "Upload Now"
  4. Copy text from "Forum code" firled and paste it into your post
  5. Viola!

He's wrong. The actual steps are:
  • Take a screenshot like he said
  • Visit this webpage: http://imgur.com
  • Press 'Computer' under 'Upload Images'
  • Copy text from the 'BBCode (message boards and forums)' field
  • Viola!

"Wrong" again: just scroll down the page a little when you post something

I never liked nor used "forum attachments". They're just... wrong! Try quoting yourself. Image does not quote  Which tends to be bad in some cases as you might edit it later and bring confusion to the topic. While external link in [IMG] tag would be quoted as well

Ah! Some more things! With external hosting you have greater control over images. Can you use attachment in the middle of the text? Can you!? Also why would we use Lopdo's bandwidth and db storage when we can parasite on external img hosting?

Valid points! Just seems it would be good for the guy to have more than 2 similar options and have the overall knowledge ;)

P.S. If it's like a conversation I usually don't refer to the whole post, just the parts that matter. Or if the posts are one after another, just seems logical to me it refers to the above post, otherwise you're right

The reason I don't like forum attachments is because the max size they display is too small, so you get annoying scrollbars all the time.
