How to anihilate someone with 40+ territories.

Split their territory control in half.

Infact the territory control count applies to how many connected territories you have.
Seperate territories you control do not affect that number.

So if someone has many territories, cutting through them to split his control in half is a great option to avoid them spawning more soldiers.

A strategy that can be hard to do, but very very effective if successful
