Hey gyus what to do with this?

3 person left in the game
Red (me) 12 territories but got a good choke point
yelloow in the middle of the map, but huge 52 territories and keep attacking me
Green on the top of the map got 25 territories

all players haves 8's and all reserve are full(40 for all)

green and yellow don't want to draw with me

I'm stuck I can't get out of the choke point

But worse: green refuses to attack yellow

This situation has been like that for more than 20 min, green did not want to attack yellow...

I understand the principle of allies

But here is the probleme, nothing is moving, We played like that for more than 30 minute, only 1 territories changing owners (my choke point)

What would you think of an automatical draw if after (I get a number out of my mind) 20 turn less than 3 territories have changes owners

This would prevent that

or at one point, those who just standbye(like green in this exemple) get tha same status as a players who miss his turn

Cause that just end out to be a war of will, witch is stupid ans pointless

What I don't understand is why people are more willing to spend one hour in pointless game than to surrender and end up third (or even second)... it is not like you get some kind of trophy if you win enough times :)

that is what I did after 30 minutes, It's pointless for me to waist time in a game...

But it's still frustrating and goes on the opposite side of the game spirit

I play to win, not to be second

Yeah, I know.

But as it is implemented, except for the stats, the ranking has no importance on nothing, or close to. The predominant (from far) is the #tilesConquered.

So next time, after 5min, just surrender.

This happens because one person is playing two instances of Vortex Wars.

Once you leave the "pointless game", as Lopdo called it, the player will either draw or "beat" one of his accounts to farm more shards.

30 minutes might sound like an excessive amount of time to spend playing against a cheater after all other players have lost, but in 8v8 situations, it may take up to an hour to even get to that point. It's pretty crappy to spend an hour playing a complex and challenging match to find out that the game has become "pointless" because 2 of the last 3 players standing are controlled by one person.

It isn't always that one person may be playing two instances of Vortex Wars. Sometimes, I do that with my friends. Of course we are competative but that doesn't mean we can't "farm" shards off each other in a sense as you are saying. Not to mention the backlash from attacking allies may not be good. Especially if you are the smaller one. I personally don't like backstabbing since normally, when I reach the end of an 8 player game, any ally that I may have played with has been a good ally and they don't deserve to be crushed.
Anyway, the new decreased XP may change things a bit. Since a person who surrenders will get more XP than one who draws.

still I beleive it's anti-gaming NOT attacking

once you reach your full reserve if you don't attack I beleive you should be kick out
