What exactly does the insectoids bonus do? It's NOT getting more than 20 reinforcements when you have more than 20 lands, but what is it?

0-9 supplies -> nothing
10-19 -> +1
20-29 -> +2
etc.
But you're max supplies are capped at 20, 30 or 40 depending of your upgrades (shop).
With no upgrades, it "only" gives you +1 supplies if you have between 10 and 19 supplies, and that's it.

So races don't matter at all with boosts disabled and most of the games are with boosts disabled, so races don't matter?
