The Beat Goes On

Well, I survived and am now recovering from the marathon run. After mile 20, the steep uphill began. Surrounded by lots of misery the last six miles. Runners say, and I believe, that the marathon truly starts at mile 20. After that it is more mental than physical, but no mistake - very physical at that point. Once again, I finished in the top half of all runners competing. Not a superstar, but a solid long distance runner. Everyone that finishes gets a medal, so I "won" what a few thousand others also won, along with the satisfaction of setting and completing a goal.

I'm a dedicated runner, but not in an 'official' capacity. I like to run 5 miles a morning, but have never entered a marathon or any other sponsored run. I'm quite happy for you, well done!

Yes, I know. I checked. This was my first day playing Vortex Wars though, so maybe I will find more as I explore the game.

the server reset twice, all the games was kicked, and a lot of angry people left, and the poeple who was playing, all there games must have been hidden
