Thank you for now updating the rule-book Tech. Now if i get banned for "secret allying" it is my own fault. I do have 1 question thou. What would be the correct manner to report a moderator who does not follow the rule-book in the manner that is deemed "Appropriate" Such as Warning, then ban ect. How would a member report that in a timly, correct manner to turn out the best results? Would we require evidence or witnesses?

Sure.
If you did not notice, a ban may be issued immediately; no warning. Just depends on the situation. I'm not, nor I doubt Lopdo, going to spell out every possible reason or cheat and what it warrants. Trying to do so leads to some people taking advantage of what's not there. Hence clear leeway is given. Of course if you feel like the action wasn't warranted, you can report it here. And proof of claims always helps, especially if your claims here previous we're unfounded or down right false; boy who cries Wolf.

It's the best way to talk to people about private matters and/or without disruption. Otherwise there are disruptions and difficulties.

Private games are on the to-do list anyway.

And no, there is not always a contract by any shot. Well, maybe in your country, but definitely not in mine. There is a difference here between sensibility, expectations, laws, rights, and contracts.

P.S.: I surely don't have absolute power. Lopdo can reverse anything I have done. He does have absolute power... but then again this is his property.

NP techgump I guess I did rented and vented a bit...

Anyway, I was sure that in the US everybody is bound by some sort of contract (did you know, for example, that even your birth name is actually a "corporate entity"? Don't believe me? Search Google\YouTube for the term "sovereign citizen". These guys refuse to plead anything - guilty\not guilty, etc. in any court, and they claim that it is backed up by the federal law system).

What is so weird about my company? I do have one under which I operate (both my day job and VW). It is not a big one and we don't have any employees yet (we are working on that tho) but the company is legit

Nothing is weird about your company, Lopdo (and I certainly didn't mean your day job company).

It's just that I found the whole idea of suing a one-man online gaming company over what was precieved by JBleed, as a little far-fetched and unlikely to happen.

I do respect both parties and am very happy that it seems to be going in the right direction.
