For the simple fact that i am under the age of 18, i am not pursuing this anymore at the moment. But however, in 5 months i will be 18 and a legal adult, at that age i can sue whoever i want without needing my parents for it. At that point in time, if Techgump ever ban's be again without following the protocol or for an actual reason in the rule-book, then i will pursue the matter to the furthest extent i can. Due to the fact i have relatives that are attourneys, i will be talking with them on this matter and i will have the paperwork ready. I expected more from you Lopdo. It seems any Moderator that simply gets his butt kissed by some little brown noser (Tensegravz) can just come into any game and ban someone for something that isn't even against the rules. Go back through the forums, Hatchu was cheating and abusing his powers for months, how many injustice's were served there before you FINALLY did something. Techgump has been complained against before, how many will people have to serve here before you finally address the issue properly.

Honestly Lopdo, i feel you care more about the money you make than the people in this game. You can't even follow your own rule-book for the sake of a member who feels discriminated and harassed. I had 2 people who came in here and stated what Techgump did was wrong, yet you still ignored the issue and took his side and DID NOT do what was right. That in itself is enough to send any case i did pursue straight on with a full jet pack. Honestly, i expected more from the owner of a game that everyone who does not cheat against the stated rules can play.

- Allies, as there is currently not a alliance feature then you have to form allies via chat. Now although this means you can team up, because of it only being words you must be careful of backstabbers. Even if i did secret ally, as you call it, it is not against the rules, it is in the tips and tricks of things TO DO. So let me see here, not only did Techgump:

1) Not follow protocol
2) Show favoritism
3) Show Discrimination
4) Abuse his powers

but ALSO he:

5) Banned someone over a matter which is NOT a matter that CAN be banned against legally.


I understand most of you may not like me, to be honest, i most likely am not to fond of you either, just my personality, its nothing personal, however, You have read what i said. You saw the evidence yourself of everything except the actual act. More empty threats. You back up every time to something new and the whole time you're making shit up to make techgump look bad. Give the immature protest up and next time don't cheat.

No he doesnt . He cares about the members he just follows the rules. This is techgump we are discussing not Lopdo. Lopdo doesnt need to be involved cuz this is not about him.

Lopdo is the only one who can punish Techgump. Secondly, i cannot sue a single person for this act, if i take it to court, it has to be the entire company which is why i am trying NOT to pursue this now. I enjoy this game and i dont want to ruin it for everyone. I just want the right thing to be done. Techgump has been looking for something against me for months now, the best thing he could find is "Secret allying" Which is not a cheat. Says so in the rule-book. ALL i want is for someone to do the right thing for once and issue a verbal warning.

Not gonna work. Ive done it before, as have many others, go back a search through the forums. Nothing will get done, Not to mention Techgump already doesn't like me. Someone is going to have to take it to an extreme level before someone will see the true unfairness that us lower people suffer. All i was doing was playing, it was the 4th turn, which is the turn where you have 8 places. That is far to early to tell anyone there are secret allying to begin with, which is not even against the rules. I was not issued a warning the 1st time even if it was a "cheat". All i want is for something to be done. For the people here to finally say that Moderators cannot just do whatever they feel, the must follow the rules. I understand, 2 days ago we were just fighting, but just admit the facts. Techgump had no just reason and did not follow protocol.
