2 is the second best, but he ended in fourth with 3 just because he faced the strongest opponent first. In leagues things like this don't happen.
But I insist that more than one game is played. Most cups and leagues in the world have more than one game, for only one game is unfair even when the game has almost no luck involved(which is not the case of vortex wars)
Actually, most tournaments are arranged so that the best player starts against the worst, and made specifically so the ranks will be about right. Unfortunately, we don't really have information to set seeds with other than VW level.
