When you click new topic, scroll down under the text box where you can see options, upload attachment, and poll creation. Click on poll creation :D

That is my point. Statistics and odds tell nothing about what actually happens. It only tells how big the chances are and what the possibilities are. In real life statistics doesn't matter and you usually doesn't even know them when you take a risk.

And my point is that when you have a very large sample of data that is nowhere near fitting the statistics, chances are that something is wrong, not just that it is weird chance.
