Chance of that is about 0.17%- not as ridiculous as the 23 8v8s, this is a bit more conceivable as actually happening out of chance, although still unlikely.

That is my point. Statistics and odds tell nothing about what actually happens. It only tells how big the chances are and what the possibilities are. In real life statistics doesn't matter and you usually doesn't even know them when you take a risk.

And my point is that when you have a very large sample of data that is nowhere near fitting the statistics, chances are that something is wrong, not just that it is weird chance.
