As for Slengar screen-shots help but when blacklisting\reporting user not compulsory.Remember its up to the Admin\Mod to deal with every case seperate then pass judgement.Also i'd like to add if your not one of players involed in the arbitration or a witness ,then your nothing less than a spammer with useless advice.Leave it to Admin\Mod's to deal with.

Reach229, I understand why you made this topic, because it is difficult to read through all of the official report users thread.
However I find it just as difficult to read through all of this. Do you think you could read through it yourself and add all the info to your "unofficial" list?

A message to our moderation-
Could you guys/girls add a blacklist of your own?
Basically all you would have to do is compile a list of all the folks who ACTUALLY got in trouble for breaking the rules,
Just fill out my suggested form below:

Player name (Badperson)
Offense (Proven Double Accounter)

By doing so you guys could alert the community to real culprits we could avoid.
We deserve to know that information. I already see the argument that this would ruin the listed folks gameplay... well they can play with eachother then.

Regarding this thread - it is a user thread and many like posting here - so I think they will continue to do so.

Watch out for user Cantarzo, he and I played a game where he had his units on someone else's territory and then asked the other person for peace and to not attack him. When it was Cantarzo's turn, he immediately turned around and attacked the other guy. He would have won for his cheating, but fortunately we all noticed and attacked him (because no one wanted to let him win for cheating). After that, he started asking for allies, and when no one would ally with him, he started insulting us and purposefully attacking me. When that didn't work, he stopped attacking all together and let the other leading player take his units, and defended against the rest of us, all the while calling us trolls, manipulators, idiots, etc. He let green take all his regions, thus making the game impossible for anyone else to win.

there would be nobody left then lol... you would be playing with yourself... which is oddly against the rules so you would be banned as well... oh the irony

Yeah except this topic is for personal ban lists, in other words they don't have to be break the rules to be here. So no need for moderators to take actions every time.
