Funny think about it is that some people here are reporting others while they should be reported in first line.

Is it possible to report users for not respecting the game rules?
i often create games called "no ally", but repeatedly i enocunter a group of polish players that enter together and silently ally.
Should i consider it part of the game? should i make a "warning" post to other players with their names?
or what? because they end up ruining nice games...

No it is not. It is not against game rules to ally in a game that says no alliances (*cough*484Insomnia484*cough*) It just makes you a noob. I see no point in posting their names either although you could add them to the blacklist. (also I recommend having google transalte open on a different window so you can interpret what they say. )

Insomnia did what he did because of the behavior caused by them breaking the no allies, not because of them allying, get it straight.

I still think that de-modding 484Insomnia484 was Lopdo's biggest mistake with Vortex Wars, even bigger than taking out upgrades disabled. If I had to choose between Insomnia being re-modded and upgrades disabled mode being added back in, I would choose Insomnia.

I did not found easier or some other way to report it. There are lot of such cheaters and it seems to me that nobody cares. The game will suck in few moments if such players will not be banned. Instead of your stupid comment you should give me some advice how to handle this correctly, if this is not correct procedure. If it is correct then what is your problem? U notieced, that it is my first comment and you have to tell it to whole world? U r my real hero. U r very brave and smart. I wish I will be some day like you.

The thing is that it is really difficult to actually have enough evidence to ban somone for playing with 2 or more accounts. Users reported here are noted and are being observed/background-checked if the opportunity arises. The reports are not useless. Every single one report is read. Action is taken where possible. Mods can't rely only on hearsay, they must get either proof or enough legit convictions to take serious action. Yes, I consider warnings actions aswell.
