I found him in game where there is also a guest, no multi-accounting at least in this one.
Closed as far as I am concerned for now.

Can a moderator please explain that i break no rules by having an account in game and another in lobby to ozserf,also ask him to stop his constant trolling,baiting and general annoyance.

Okay, no need for a fight or chat here.
It is not a rule break to have an account in the main lobby while another is on a map.
Two accounts by one player on the same map is a rule break and a serious one at that.

The last few reports have been dealt with and response received from player indicating acceptance.
No further warnings. Baiting, false reporting, or continuance has to result in action.
So nothing further is needed unless something new occurs.
