The problem is that you made it a secure purchase. I can purchase EE gems perfectly fine with PayPal because Chris Benjaminsen didn't make it a secure purchase.

You can use MoneyPak cards to upload money to PayPal. Just apparently to buy warcoins you need a credit card or bank account even if you have enough MoneyPak money uploaded already.

can you try it now? I changed some setting so maybe it will help. I am not sure what else I can do (and Chris doesn't know either )

Sorry, too late, I spent my money on gems instead. However, I tried it anyways and it came to the page telling me to link a credit card before a page saying I didn't have the money, so I'm guessing it still doesn't work.
