ill report these 2 players: mlgl_eagleeyede and lukecheeseball1 they are secret allies.
mlgl_eagle makes this small europe map and cheesball joins it immediately. They work together and try kill off the other two players before attacking each other. Sometimes they draw at the end.
they have played the same map 3-4 times in a row and do the exact same thing every time.
these ppl are doing it this very moment while im typing report.

I did not ban him - The account has a warning flag. Also I am spectating that match right now to see what he does.

He was flagged/warned by me for the report

I then spectated the next game where he was a victim of a 2v1 secret alliance by 2 players on the same IP.

I warned/flagged both accounts and announced it to the players on the map.

This report is closed unless they do something new.

I then spectated the next game where he was a victim of a 2v1 secret alliance by 2 players on the same IP.

I warned/flagged both accounts and announced it to the players on the map.

This report is closed unless they do something new.

Personally, since they were banned, temporary or otherwise, by Techgump the other day... I'd say they should get an even bigger ban for what they did plus doing it again with other accounts (evading moderator action).

Luckecheeseball, Sidbolt, and Eagleeyede, they just made new accounts and started doing the same thing.

No need to post to recommend. Not a chat thread.

I will work with the Mod team and individually also do what we deem correct. I checked the Mod record before I made my decision.

Also, just a note: We do want people to play Vortex Wars. Every infraction will not result in a ban. I warned a player, they acknowledged, and made a Mod note that other Mods can see. If they now shape up and play Vortex Wars properly, I want that. If they do it again, the note shows what happened last time, and the Mod team can decide what weight to give that as they may "go up from there". I watched the guy in his very next game and he was the "victim" of a 2v1 on a shared ip - He was not doing anything except trying to play Vortex Wars.

I will ban where it is warranted, but it was not necessary for the specific case that I reviewed and based upon the evidence at the time.

I will not get into the habit of explaining my decisions in detail, but want to state that I take this seriously and will do the right thing - it is just that the right thing to me is not to ban every player for every report until there are just 5 of us left.

Well, I'm not sure if this is included in what you just said, but this is them, just now, with the accounts they're using the avoid the ban they got from Tech... all three of them in a game together, allied and vulgar.

Yes, good report. I will take action if another Mod does not get there first. I do have enough to use my ban hammer.
