Blacklist has been used as a transitive verb with this meaning since 1702.

History
According to the Henry Holt Encyclopedia of Word and Phrase Origins the word "blacklist" originated with a list England's King Charles II made of fifty-eight judges and court officers who sentenced his father, Charles I, to death in 1649.

Noah1a2b and LinkTheBeast. I don't think he is secret ally or otherwise, but both were rude and made offensive slurs... Just as a forewarning to those who play them.

EDIT: They might actually be secret allies... not sure.
