Surrendering in a game is not illegal, if he left before his 3rd turn he'll lose 30 xp, that's the system. As to his alleged moaning, mute him. If said moaning becomes inappropriate, report it. Otherwise, leave it out of here.

Cate, I can't do anything about guests except kick them.

Escoda4 is leading and it appears to be a 3-way fight, although he is not attacking Green. I am not yet bothered since I am likely Blue's bigger threat.

Green also seems to be attacking only me for a bit - starting to turn into a 2v1.

Then Green takes one hit at Blue and this happens:

I was stuck in a 2v1 for a bit and announced that I was going to focus solely on blue since he called for allies. I was able to kill off blue and then worked on an almost stalemate with green for about 10 minutes until I was able to finish him off too and win the map.

Congratulations on winning it. They haven't necessarily broken any set in stone rules, though obviously standard etiquette. I'll check them out if I catch them together sometime, in case they are multilogging.

i just started a flame league game and as soon as it started the game, saying the rules, well ya......
just always going to be attack for no reason
