If you look closely at the screenshot it looks like the overlapping pics leave out a bit of the conversation. Maybe she was being flamed?

There is a group of guests who secret ally, they usually come in 3's. When they're winning, they claim they are "the borg" and that resistance is futile. Is there anything that can be done against them?

If you could find out if they have accounts maybe they could be banned...Ip ban would work on guests but they are hard to find, unless they uses nicks such as"Guest borg". Unless you know the IP both times I guess you can't know for sure it's them. Of course you could play with the setting no guests.
