Not that I want to get involved, but that's not true. He's only banning people who use your wi-fi. If he banned your range, then he'd be banning people who haven't played yet. But also you, permanently. And then there's nothing you can do.

Except I'm banning individual IP's, not ranges. Your ISP provides you with a fixed number of IP addresses to each user, so if you keep getting your IP's banned, you're going to run out and not be able to post or play no matter how many times you reset. That's why Lance hasn't been able to come back again.

This is correct. KBF, like Lance, has reached 'ban on sight' status. They've had too many second chances and blew them already. However, only report if you have proof that it's them, so I don't waste time on a wild goose chase.
