Welcome Ryan, and yes you are right. I just made this format because it was simple to get started, but I am sure it will change. I hope to have several different types of games eventually. But I would love any help

Well, at the moment the start is scheduled for mart 8th, so there is still time.

This will also give us time to change the setup, I also don't prefer 1vs1 but HC.
Att is my 2nd option.

Ummmm, cant we mix it up. I find HC Full Map Borders/Random far more fair (reducing fpa), and I am sure others have their own opinions... either way, most of us prefer one style over the other and don't plat the other... It needs to be broken down into a few classes, or fairly mixed so all enjoy advantages of their preferred styles of play.

I agree and that is definitely the goal. I hope to have several different "classes".

As for "can the game handle more than 2 players" question. That is a great question, and something I am working on. I am going to set up a test league where I test this out. I will have the results soon. Then I will have a better understanding of how we can run these. I am also new to this site, and it is not designed for this type of game so I will probably have to do some manipulating.
