Generally I play well knowns. However, there are many times where I encounter unknowns. I have a ban list just like the rest of you in social, to which I use here and there. I have not encountered a cheater in my play in some time, so it just hasn't come up since secret allies were moved from just blacklist to banned.
I made an error in judgement 9-10 months ago and Lopdo called me on it (kicked a player that would not draw in a draw situation after 2 hours). Since then I figured it was best to remove myself as mod during play. Even my judgement is not perfect when it comes to my own interests; power corrupts.

A kick is not the same as a ban, if you are referring to the highlighted red. And, I specifically stated I made an ERROR in judgement in kicking him.

I did not mean any offence, and I realized that you said you made an error. But even if it isn't banable, is this really frowned upon?
I just want to know the etiquette because I personally don't think a person who turtles all game, and has an impenetrable defense, deserves a draw. So I will play until the game is over and not draw.
I just don't want to break any "rules" or even "unwritten rules" if you know what I mean, and that is why I asked.
Sorry if this was misunderstood.
