I meant sociopath. A psychopath, which you are not, is someone who murders people. A sociopath, which you are, is someone who is aggressive and who does not care about other people. They are selfish and blame other people for their own words and actions. They have a complete disregard for rules and lie often and lack the ability to feel guilt or remorse.

Oh, I forgot to add. A sociopath will also act the victim if he feels that will sway the situation into his favour.

So example this topic i should have said : No spammers and keep to the topic .Please spam else where. ( that would have been rude and asking for flammers )

Or would it not be easier for those to realise this is not nice and talk elsewhere.

Not at all. I'm saying that the OP and maybe two others on normal topics, and the top members of the clan, have the the right to say that a discussion has become off topic and should be able to request that the posters go back to the topics. So on a stop if, spoken and unspoken rules should be followed, along with reasonable requests from the leaders in case of a clan. In the WolfPack, that would mean maybe four people, myself included, should be listened to in the event of an off topic discussion as it is our clan. The same goes for other clans.

Not at all. On the contrary, I'm saying Fang was out of line talking there, as was the other folks who were off topic for more than two or three posts, regardless of whether they are in the clan or not. The only person who really can be off topic is the OP, in my opinion. So yes, you did have the right to tell him to stop talking, we merely objected to the rest of what you said.

Nothing is odd with arguments in a debate though. And I didn't think that. Also don't you think you go a little far by request being banned?

I agree with Highlander - the forum community regularly gets off topic.

His OP was a fair statement of the truth. You do not have to agree that it is a problem or that anything should be done about it - but it is true. He further even suggested a poll about this truth and asked for input.

To further prove his point the thread was almost immediately detailed and turned into an attack on the OP.

I have had a few threads where I felt compelled to "establish ground rules" - See both my Dragon Users Forum and New Players threads as examples. Both were detailed and off-topic right away.

HL is right - you can disagree about whether you care but he speaks the truth.
