It already is an event race, there was an event (donation fund) and people who participated got it.

There won't be a release. Unlike the halloween races that had unique race bonuses that couldn't have been replicated by a free race so it would have been unfair to not re-release them. However the Watchmen bonus is already available in the form of Undead therefore there is no need to release them into the public, keeping them prestige.
The simple, the best.

It gives the same bonus as Undead anyways. You're not getting anything special from it.

I don't have it since I did not donate during the "campaign". As someone who does not have it, but does want it, I do not want to see it offered to anyone new. This is special - you guys helped to create, in a way, Vortex Wars 2.0. Thank you to all who did donate. For those of us that did not - we can buy undead with the same benefit. Please do not make this available in shop.
In Vortex Wars: 50% of the game is luck. 50% is skill. The other 50% is math.

I think if there is a VW 3.0 donation drive Lopdo should make a new race and not reuse Watchmen.

why? i think every 10000 player one of them buy coin but he dont buy more than 15 $
so reduce the Minimum purchase to 10$ its better and other player Encouragement to buy coin
