..I gotta be with PoofyBlake001..

Just because a player has been playing longer, doesn't make it right for them to ally. Not to brag, but along with Rat I've been playing for longer than most on this forum. If I were to ally, I would still get called an asshole.

The way the story went makes it sound as though it never really affected you JBleed, and if they don't attack him, it's really not his fault. That's why when I see someone deliberately killing someone before me I just surrender. It's not fair.

Which is my point, he should have surrendered if he wants to "Be fair" as he is calling it. And you can say whatever you like, but in the rule-book here and in my rule-book of personal rules, allying is not a bad thing unless its 2 vs 1 from the start. I'm not gonna agree with either of you. Ive played this game for longer than both of you.
Please check your facts before you post. It seems there is a large lack of that. Don't strive to look dumb.

I'm with Jbleed on this one.

Firstly, Public-allying, as much as it may be unsportsmanlike, is not against the official rules.

Secondly, Poofy, if you want to let everyone know that someone is a bad sportsman, then go to the "Blacklist" thread and post it over there, don't start threads just to trash somebody's reputation.

Finally, I don't like your homophobic rhetoric - just because one player may call another player "fag" or "homo" - that is no reason to fear allying, as I don't think being gay is reason for shame or to be ridiculed.

This thread wasn't about the player, the thread is about what you can do instead of allying. I have nothing against people that are actually gay, it is just another word after all, just as if you were to call someone a sissy girl or a women, you mean no harm to females.

Edit: You are right though xteremy, so I fixed the main post

He shouldn't have to.

The rule-book says secret allying is against the rules. That doesn't mean public allying is still right. Bricking up your goal in football/soccer isn't against the rules, but you'd still be sent off for doing it.

Also, you 'Personal rule-book' means squat. That's like me hacking Lopdo and going 'In my personal rule-book it's fine.'

You probably haven't played longer than me.

I have played this game since Day 1 of Vortex Wars 1 release. The game was so new it didn't even have a rating on Armor Games. I check Armor Games everyday for new games. I know for a fact that i have played this game longer than you and i know more about it than you.

Um, I'm not sure you guys are disproving JBleed's argument, as the game could be new and have existed before being uploaded to ArmorGames, yet JBleed could've been one of the first ones to play it once it did get on AG.

Poofyblake001 - Thanks for your kind response, although you do certainly have a right to your own opinion and didn't have to change or edit anything in your original post just because of my opinion, but thanks for listening (not many people on the Internet do). Also, sorry if I came as a bit harsh.

Finally, you do make some valid points and I appreciate anyone that speaks up their mind frankly and honestly, yet without using too much profanity along the way.

Well it started to drift away from what the subject was actually about, and too be honest, I wish I didn't write it when I was hot headed because this is specifically about players using little to no skill by openly asking others to ally. When you ask someone to ally you have nothing to lose, but when you try to create a neutral border, you are gambling which is more fun and exciting as you are sitting there chanting "Please, oh please don't hit my border!"
