As much as this may be true, mods are usually people who have a high post count (not from spam messages, of course) and have been present on the forums for quite a while.

The moderator doesn't need a high post count. I think they need to relatively active, have the ability to judge situations well, has been on here for a relative long amount of time (probably 3/6months, depending on what Lopdo decides) and is able to perform punishments on anyone who deserves it. Also, Lopdo must like/know the person.
