Firstly, there needs to be proof given. Multiple people saying they all someone do a certain act only gets you so far. You said you have a screenshot, could we at least see it to see if it is worthy of being used as evidence.
Secondly, two friends/relatives can help each other, there is no rule against that. I sometimes let my sister play on my accounts when she wants to.
Thirdly, two people can talk to each other by sitting in the same room. There would be no need to use the chat if the person is literally sitting right next to you.
Finally, you need to consider a reason why the person committed such an action if they did. Tensegravz said his rating went down after the fight so why would he commit such an act, just to troll you?
I rest my case.
