Um... Techgump is a Mod and a High level.
Some people hate mods (to the point the hire a Merc company from another game/website and over pay them to epicly fail at denting his Level up rate) and they do target them
also with the knew update you can get more for betting a person with higher R so killing Techgump is way better then killing anyone else.
and don't worry, knowing Techgump he does not care about it, it's just a game, it's not like you sloughtered his family or something that actually means something
