I personally never register to these sorts of stuff in the first place (for the reasons I've mentioned above), so I wouldn't be able to report them myself.
My question to you is how you got in contact with them in the first place? I mean, did you just contact SuperRewards (most likely), or each and every one of those providers separately? I ask, because if you did so separately, then you could cut them off quicker yourself, than if some user reported them...
