First of all terminators are expensvsive . Thats the most expensive race you can find bought for shards.I miagin them begin good in att on sgt slaugthers 8 island map while your're always weakened when getting middle. Problem is most people use reptiles or arachnids so they can heal up to 8. Making themselves So they are have spawn bonus and is gonna heal faster: Try from this calculate ho long a reptile who saved their shards for terminators and instead bought full upgrades to heal can hold out. I myself can see them terminators on when you're later like brown and teal on 8-region maps. Got first you can be one troop ahead. Be last and you have nice bonus. Those maps have fast kills so that bonus is nice. Also when allying in attrition. This give me an idea.

I think that, depending on one's style, the best choices would be Natives, Undeads or Terminators.

I personally prefer natives, cutting the opponent is almost always crucial and cutting natives is twice as hard. Still this bonus almost doesn't count in late game big maps when enough 8s can be fielded not to be cut.

Undead bonus is great, it wins all of the annoying 3vs2, 8vs6 etc. bad dices losses without wasting bonuses thus it can lead to an almost no-setback game.

Terminator bonus is terrific, it probably gives the best advantage in the first part of the game but it is situational and might be unreliable/difficult to exploit.

Also, i think that blademasters/dark knights are better than arachnids/reptiles: the crucial shots usually are kicked 8 vs shielded 8, or even kicked 7 vs 8: those 2 races give the best odds in one of the most important situation of most matches; the spawn bonus of arachnids/reptiles only matters -and to a limitated extent- in the first part of the game and the attack/defense bonus is almost irrelevant.

Just my opinion, anyway.
