I think either Lopdo or Fiendess (or both) wrote the original set of rules and Fang made a new topic under his VortexWars account after becoming a mod. I know he did a least a bit to update it, I think he may have been the one to edit to the new XP/Level formula, but I don't know how much. It does look like his writing style though.
