I think he's saying that every time you log in through AG it shows you the updated splash screen. It's only a single click through, and not everyone logs in as often as I do, so they may not always see it.

I actually had that splash screen for version 1.2 ony twice on AG, once with the normal and once with the beta
I also think bladehacks means the page on the forum

splash screen shows up every time I upload new flash file to server, this usually means some minor fixes
