Upgrade your army storage capacity

My friend adude159753 purchased the first upgrade, but it doesn't work for him.

You're saying that you get the 10% army bonus while playing upgrade disabled games?

I am pretty sure disabled games only disable attack and defense boosts, not race boosts.

Lopdo (the dev) stated that it effects "no upgrades disables all upgrades, army stack upgrade, boosts and race bonuses as well"

I've never figured out how you can tell how many people anyone but yourself is getting for the re-enforcement action though.

Just look at thier queue (by thier name), as they end turn. If it jumps over 20 as it counts down, then they have more capacity.
