Can't buy race in shop, I have enough shards

Hello,

I've used the search engine but this has not appeared so I apologise if I've missed something.
I've acquired over 1200 shards but when I try to buy the demon race in the shop it tells me I have not enough shards!
I do have enough!

Please help!

Am I doing something wrong? I have 1475 shards now. However, I'm thinking of saving up until 2000 for the 10% spawn bonus. Do you have to have a premium account to purchase another race? There's no indication if you do. I would like this matter resolved anywho..... ADMIN!!!!!!

I also can not buy races although I have enough shards. I was waiting for someone to make a thread about this problem. I was beginning to think I was the only one. A solution or answer as to what i am doing wrong would be great!

If you are not above level 3, then that is likely the issue.

Stinkyjim, no offense to you, but this is bug reports. For Lopdo's sake, you should report bugs when you get them, not wait for other people to.

Techgump, I am a level 10.
I have seen other peeps with angel race and they were level 8/9 so it can't be that my level is too low.

Hi, sorry for late reply but, sadly, I am only only human and I have to sleep sometime I know there is a problem with buying something from shop using shards, but it usually works on second try or after you rel-log or refresh. If this doesn't help you let me know and I will look into it. I will also try to fix that stupid bug in the meantime

Looks like you finally managed to buy the race, is that so? What did help you?
