I didn't receive any shards...

It seems everyone has received shards based on how many wins they had before the update, judging by the number of bought races within an hour of the update. Now I'm stuck as 1 of the 3 starter races (because I switched off my ninjas) and I can't help feeling that it's a bit unfair that everyone (or at least most people I've seen) received shards and I didn't.

If there is anything you can do I would really appreciate it.

some people didn't get their shards (no idea why) and I have to fix those users manually, but I have no way of knowing who those users are unless they start to complain

I also didn't receive shards when they appered with update. Since then, i gain about 1k from games, but until now i wasn't sure that others gains shards automatically. Can this be fixed for me?
