[Fixed]Time Bar Fail

Well, whenever my turn comes around the time bar shows no time. It shows time again after you make a move, like it did before. I am not sure if it is giving me the time from the nothing point or from the time point that I actually have but can't see.

I have diagnosed that the time is added to no time, because you can go back to no time again without having your turn end.

Now it is showing around half of the normal time in the bar, but you still actually get the full time.

yeah, there is problem with time zones, I am working on fix
