Repeating User

I tried to address this with no success:

I first saw him on a map about 5 or 6 times (the game had not yet started). I was able to kick, but only 1 at a time.

Then I went to the main lobby where this screenshot was taken. All IPs were the same and player insisted he had no idea what was going on and was only logged in once.

I used the kick command and it showed that player was successfully kicked from the main lobby, but all of these remained. I did it about 12 to 15 times, but the list never changed.

They are ghost accounts, it is done when the player leaves the lobby when he is not connected to the internet and reconnects to it and rejoins the lobby.

This happens to me all the time in real life.

From my guesses, this will mostly happen to players who are on devices that can multitask. Or to put simply: mobile device users, Windows 8+ users, Mac users
