i held a game and didnt place and just ended turn the full game, and the last guy left before he took all the white sectors



i was going to leave but he surrendered before i got the chance and i didnt expect the xp i got

what is the bug then? aren't you supposed to not be able to place if everyone leaves?

its not really a bug but it needs to be fixed
