Can't load Vwars.

I have tried it on 2 computers and 3 browsers. It's been like this for over a week, I got on a couple times here and there but 90% percent of the time this is all I see.

I have the same issue (At least the visual part) What I do is highlight the url in the address bar and press enter. I don't know why that makes it reload properly but it does.
Once again, I don't know why it works for me, but it might for you.

It doesn't change no matter how long you wait.
And I tried highlighting it but that didn't work either :/

Had a similar problem before, mine was that the backend game server was no longer part of the DNS was using for some reason. So I couldn't access it.
Try changing your DNS to Google DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

I think your country like mine blocked game so you can use proxy or vpn like kerio it work usally for me
