I've had this quite a few times, normally logging out and back in does the trick.

That does work for me but it is annoying to do this every time it comes up

I think it has a connection with when a laptop/computer goes into sleep mode (Because it's been left alone for a while, or the lid has been closed).

But I think it should stop saying disconnected when connection comes back without having to relogin.
