I would like to report a glitch that 2 players 'admitted' to using as they talked to each other. When red half explained it I asked him how it's done and to report it and as you can see he did neither:

I'm not sure. Do they mean 1v1 quick draws has something to do with rating bug?

hmm, you are putting too much significance on "a" in text which wrote same person who wrote "its there glitch there fault"

Back on-topic, it sounds like he's saying that drawing in a 1v1q match gives you the rating bug.
