please fix the rating bug lopdo.. i've had it for too long

snow an easier way to do it is get in a 8 person map... and keep surrendering first...
after a couple of times ur rate SHOULD be reset.

Better yet, play a bunch of 1 on 1 games with me and surrender at the start.
