Vortex Wars

I alway play gigantic maps with 8 players
When i win in game i get 2-3 rank
If i am 2th or if i draw i lose 10-25 rank

I need to win 10 times and to be 2th one time and i will back to 0 i think it realy weird
First i thought it is joke , and i leave game for 7 days then i back to try again and same story
Please fix it :/ and help me
