Un-attackable territories

Few times encountered surrendered players territories that I could not attack. Yes I had more than 1 army. When I pressed my territory and chose the territory to attack nothing happened. It was not lag. Clock worked and I could attack everything else. Also I next round, in all incidents i was able to attack that territory. And every time there were only 1 territory that kind.

I've noticed this stange behaviour as well.

Sometimes it was caused by "desync". For example I've tried to attack "last-moment" and it started attack animation (flashing enemy region) but server rejected this move as my time already passed server-side. Region that i tired to attack mostly stay "lit" untill next turn in which I both mine and enemy region becomes "unresponsible" - all regions but those two can be used/attacked. It may be one of more reasons to it.
