Sika using guest accounts in same game

Not sure if there's a way to check but this guy was using 2 guest accounts to win. His name is Sika, he's rank 30, no wonder he got that high with this technique.
I honestly think a ban would be appropriate.

It probably would be, if you could prove it, I could, or Lopdo can. I personally don't care for Sika, and based on my encounters, would not be surprised at all by this. However, this is not enough for me to place action, although I will keep a closer eye on this player.
