I have been playing for a while and have a very high level with several races. All were lost today. I was promoted to next level and then everything went wild, eventually booting me out of the game and now back to ground zero - no XP, no races, nothing. How do I get my game back, I was Level 28 before with boosts to save maximum fighters

This happend to me too!! Even ask ace!! I was lvl 17 and almost every race and one day POOF! It's gone. Now I'm Mr.Groundhog lvl 2

Are you playing on AG? They seem to be having problems right now, a lot of the EE accounts on AG were erased, but apparently can be restored.
